We started NPSG because we watched too many families sign things they didn't understand, pay for work they didn't need, or wait months for repairs nobody was tracking. The recovery industry was built around the trades. Nobody had built one around the homeowner.
So we did. NPSG is the partner we wished our own parents had when their roof came off, calm, independent, and answerable only to the family in the home.
